About Us

Why Complaintdesk ?

One of us applied for a passport in January, 2006 and received that in August 2007. We struggled with the procedure, fought against the ‘non cooperation’ movement of passport office employees and finally got through with the passport.

One of us when traveling in train along with lots of other friends had huge amount of luggage, it was beyond the permissible limits in Sleeper class. The extra amount was paid in the railway station after weighing the luggage but in the train many Railway Police turned up and harassed for bribe. We fought through them and finally convinced Train Ticket Examiner that we have done nothing to be charged extra money.

A leading Telecom Provider did not return the deposit amount even after the lapse of TRAI directed time period. We fought to get our dues.

Following all this we are not saying ‘Quit India’ and going to settle down in US, Europe, Australia. We are here and we will bring a small change in the way a few entities work and behave.

We have all gone through this ordeal, many times in our lives. We decided that we need to create awareness about all the goes wrong around us. We have been honest to our work and we expect the same from all other professionals in their fields, the consequences of negligence, casual attitude in work, utter dishonesty can be a huge suffering at the other end.

The persons responsible for this act should behave in more responsible manner when they are made aware of the wrong doings of their organization, team or themselves. Even if they might have done something intentionally then also we can always take a step forward and do the best thing, its not too late. Company should come forward and help out those individuals who have been troubled by their customer service or where they have violated the consumer rights. The consumers should have a place to voice their opinions, where they can their opinion is considered and acted upon by the respective organization.

Sometimes its might be mis-communication or pure lack of communication between the service provider and service seeker, there can be scores of reasons for this as well. All we intend to do is to make the communication a little more stronger and better.
This movement and this platform will gather momentum and will fight against individuals, organizations, government and anyone who is not doing his job honestly.

Submit your complaints, prevent another fellow from suffering, and help the other guys who have suffered the same fate as you. Give an equal and honest chance to the respective organization for solving your problem as well.

Public opinion is strong enough to bring down governments; we are unto a much smaller task.
