Sir,on my ph no-08471228856 in assam,my call rates are now Rs-1 to local and std are 1.50.before my call rates are 1p per sec both local and std.so how this call rates are issued in my ph. no. then how can i change my call rate tarrif plan.so kindly grant my complain and please take right thing in my ph no.and convert call rates 1p per sec both local and std, then i shall remain greatful to u.
