I have asked airtel customer care in April 2012 to close my airtel connection and requested them to send full and final settlement bill. Inpite of making the connection closed they were keep on calling me to continue with my connection and they have not closed the connection as per April 2012.
I again got a call in June 2012 that my connection is still open Inspite i asked for disconnection in April 2012. I again asked to launch a complaint and clearly mentioned that i want be paying extra amount after April 2012 and requested them to send me the final copy of settlement to my mail id.
Today again I got a call from one of their representative to pay some 4000+ amount and they have generated the bill till July 2012.
Today again i lauch a complaint and requested them to re-visit their bill till April 2012 and asked them send full and final settlement. My Complaint Number is 19874244.
Can someone please help me what i should do for it.
