Airtel – Deducting money from my balance

Hi, this is Rasmi from New Delhi.My Mob. Number is 0977397379. I got activated Message for Chitchat, TTMONE97, Talk2ME pack from Airtel without active this services.
Now after that I just called airtel customer care people and informed that you have activated these packs at a time in my number and I requested to deactivate ChitChat, TTMONE97, and Talk2Me pack and to reimburse the amount of that pack.
But, they are answering that we can’t do that.
So, I request that please look into the details and take the proper action as soon as possible.
Hopefully waiting for proper action…

Hi,my name is Raghunath from new delhi ,my mob no is 8130549694.i got activated hello tunes without activated it, andthey cut 45 rupees from my balance.i was very disappointed from this.and this happenend many times.and your customer care did not listened at all.i want my money back.
please take strict action about them.
