Airtel – Don’t activate message service and wrong balance deduction

Sir, my no is 7898215878 at this no message sending facility is restricted for this regard I have registered complaint in Airtel on 21/06/2012 and 23/06/2012 , they wish me to solve my problem if they don’t resolve it as early as possible otherwise I will go to consumer forum. Cahlr30623817016 this is no of my complaint.

    Sir,
    My Name is Kulbinder Singh Dhaliwal and My Mobile No. is 9876076733. I am postpaid customer and using banking corporate plan of Rs 100/- rental. My Internet Mobile Pack has been disconnected since yesterday evening without any prior notice or message. I called your customer care executive about 8 P.M and told him regarding the same and assure me that the problem of internet would be solved by us before 29/06/2012, and I received one text message of reference no. F1077791169.
    Today I Visited your Airtel outlet at Dugri, Ludhiana, where your executive made a call to your customer care executive and where one Amandeep Singh Talk to me thorough hot line mobile phone and told me that firstly you deposit your bill amount at least Rs. 950/- and afterwards your net connection is activated, and then I replied that how can I deposit the bill because my bill is not generated till now, and I told him ok I am ready to deposit the bill but generate my bill toady, while this conversation the above said Amandeep Singh talked to me very rudely and disrespectfully. And he refused to start my internet or refused to generate my bill. Then I asked the ph. number of Nodal Officer and he gave this number i.e. 9878434865. Here I talked to Mr. Neeraj and I told the all story and he told me that on the one hand, when a customer used over 1 G.B data of Internet the net connection is automatically disconnected, and the other hand he told me that now your bill has become more than the net pack usage, and before disconnecting my net connection why did not you send me any text message or e-mail regarding this. On account of your negligence I suffered huge problems.
    Here my question is that if the net pack is automatically disconnected by you after the usage of 1 G.B data then how I am liable to pay the excess amount of internet usage.
    Now my humbly request is that kindly do not add additional charges or any cost in my upcoming Bill.
