My mobile no is 9910059589.The mobile is name of my father Ravi Uppal.He is using this airtel no for past more than 7-8 years but to my regret I want to inform that Airtel is also playing fraudulent things with old customers.
My father was using blackberry till april mid and in mid april he has given request for blackberry deactivation request but till date these services were activated on his phone for which he was getting charged.
Inspite of giving request for deactivation he was getting charged for the services and when we tried enquire abt the same customer care of airtel gave lousy reason for non deactivation of the BB services.
Today after checking his bill for past 4 months I enquired he is getting charged for the services which was not been used and moreover the request for deactivation was given in Mid april only.
Pls reverse all the charges for BB for last 4-5 months which have been charged to the bill. A;lso cancel my BB services with immediate effect on 9910059589.
Reverse the money charged in lieu of BB which was never used.You can check the records that after giving request for deactivation no BB services was used as the BB handset was not been used after the request.
Reverse the money and give settle the ssame in next bill or I am going to take this matter to highest level and If not settled I will like to port out of airtel network
