Company: Airtel (838 complaints)I have been using a 3g activated sim and have also been using my phone as a modem and browsing and download on my desktop for several months now. I used to get speeds in the range of 50-200 kbps. Sometimes even upto 250kbps. Yesterday my data pack got over so I recharged my cell for a 3g plan whiz worth rupees 750/- which gives 4gb free usage for 1 month. However, since my last recharge and activation of plan, i have been getting speeds as low as 2kbps. Even browsing is extremely slow and web pages take almost forever to display.
Spoke to four airtel technical people. It has been a very frustrating experience and the problem has yet not been corrected. Even submitting this mail is a pain!
