I received my mobile bill of No. 9650453331 in which you charged Rs 200/- + taxes extra for service “600 Minutes Local Free @ Rs 200 Restricted Use”. In this regard I called your 121 No. in which the Customer Care Officer told me this service was activate on 08/05/2012 to this number.
Mam, I never called Airtel to activate this facility to my number, and my total monthly bill on this mobile maximum is Rs. 350-400/-. I never required this facility. But your call centre people called several times for some plans. I never entertain them. AND then after the call from your side the message came that “Thank you for contacting airtel” from No. 247, which I never called, and never received any message from service activation.
Kindly look into the matter, that how they can activate the service without customer’s consent and please take action against these type of Customer Care officer, they just called customer and activate whatever without customer’s Yes or No. Totally Harassment of Customer. Please reverse the charges which you billed.
