Complaint Details: Sir,
reference is made to my complain dated 25&26.4.12 ,I am consumer of your company and my mob no. is 9199996821,the following details of my complain is as follow-
on 22.4.12 Rs 15 has been deducted without doing anything.
Again on 23.4.12 I got is charged with Rs120.
Next day on 24.4.12 it is noticed by me that Rs 99 again has been deducted without doing anything.
In this regard I complain but no action has been taken or intimated to me for the cause of deduction. I request you sir kindly take action or suggest me to move in the consumer court.

Airtel needs to replace their systems. They auto-activate value added services themselves and keep charging me for that. There is no bloody person I can speak with Their so called ” customer care” is useless and keep giving automatic responses. Its just a one way communication and I think their employees keep applying these cheap tricks to meet their targets. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL…
Airtel is operating similar to a fraud company. The policy of these people is to loot the customer and earn money. They think themselves to be like a govt bodywhere no one replies you easily, but in fact they are the most unprofessinal people in the business. The majority of money will be corrupt money in this company. These people should be penalised severely. Filthy worms….
