Airtel – Inadequate service

Dear Sir, I hold airtel prepaid sim card No 8008472093. I got a call from airtel for the conversion of pre paid to post paid offering some benefits for which I obliged. Next day airtel executive came to me and completed the formalities and later I got sms messages the verification process is in process and the activation will be done after 4 hours. Later they deactivated my prepaid card without giving a new activated sim. When I call their customer care they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes repeating the song satyameva jayathe and finally disconnect. I personally had gone to Airtel office and I was given a duplicate sim and told it would be activated within 2 hours. Though a day passed they have not activated the sim.
My point is how can they deactivate my prepaid sim without giving a activated post paid sim and barring my incoming calls causing my inconvenience to me and my family members, friends, and business associates. I expect Airtel authorizes mend their ways and behave in a better way to create better relationship with customers.
