Complaint Details: Hi,
I had purchased an airtel postpaid sim card – 9535500110, however I was told I would be applicable for monthly 99 rs pack, and I had activated rs 98 gprs plan for month. I just used for 10-20 days and I was billed 15,970.57, in which calls was around 210.58 and gprs was for 14235.00 + I was charged 98 rs for gprs monthly, when I inquired with the billing team I had several responses stating I would get my bill cleared when the cycle month, however when I got my 1st bill I got rs. 15,970.57.
I was not able to get any certain clarification; hence I asked to get the service to disconnect but they I still got no response.
Whenever I called airtel I used to keep waiting for some time and got the call hung. Now I got legal notification from airtel.
