DEAR SIR,
WE HAVE PHONE NO 0129-4106696 WITHOUT DSL CONNECTION, SINCE 2 YEARS AND NOW WE GOT BILL FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2012, INCLUDING DSL CHARGES AS Rs 599.33 TOTALLING 764.14. WE HAD CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AND COMPLAINT NO IS 16506724 AND INFORMED THAT AIRTEL HAD CLOSED THE SCHEME OF EXISTING PLAN. WE ADVISED THEM TO DISCONNECT OUR PHONE AS WE ARE NOT INTRESTED IN NEW SCHEME.
ON 10-06-2012 AIRTEL DISCONNECTED OUR PHONE.
WE GOT BILL FOR JUNE AGAIN WITH DSL CHARGES Rs 725/- TOTALLING AMOUNT OF BOTH BILL AS Rs 1427,65. WE HAD AGAIN CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AND COMPLAINT NO IS 17690750. WE GOT REPLY FROM THEM THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE PLAN, WHICH WAS CHANGED BY THEM AT THEIR OWN WITHOUT OUR CONCENT.
NOW, WE DIDN’T HAD OR USED THE DSL THAN WHY SHALL WE PAY IN THAT ACCOUNT?
