Please refer to above subject, on 3rd July i went to ATM of Axis Bank (Old Seema Puri) and want to withdrawal Rs. 2000/- from the ATM.
As the ATM Machine was hanging so i could not withdrawal my money. After that i went to another ATM of Axis Bank (Dilshad Colony) and withdrawal Rs. 2000/- (TXN#000104741) from the ATM.In the mean time i received sms that i have withdrawan Rs 10,000/- (TXN#8179) from the ATM of Axis Bank (Old Seema Puri) which was hanging from where i could not withdraw the money at all. It is really surprising to me. After that i lodged a complaint to costumer care on 3rd july. there have not taken any action on my complaint and closed it after 7 working days and advised me to contact the branch Manager of SBI (New Seema Puri Delhi) , and i went to branch manager SBI (New Seema Puri Delhi) who further advised me to contact branch manager of Axis bank. The Manager of Axis Bank told me to contact Manager SBI Bank where i am having my saving bank account. I have contacted customer care number of times but it was of no use, it there fore requested that Rs. 10,000/- may please be traced and credited to my account.
