I purchased 2 holiday packages from BagitToday around 12.30 PM on 6-Jun-2012. This package is of 4 nights and 5 days for 4 members in the listed hotels provided in the mail coming from BagitToday group.
I made both the payment of Rs. 5998 each (total 11996) using their IVR service. After successful payment the guy who was helping me for all this, told me that he is disconnecting this call because this call is on the IVR Server and he will call me back after disconnecting this call.
From that time I was waiting for the call or any type of confirmation mail/call regarding the package I purchased.
I called on bagittoday call center number (0120- 4112424) in the evening around 6.30 PM and after checking the details, customer care executive says that he is not able to check any purchase with my mobile number/customer account/email id. I was quite surprised because money was deducted from my credit card. I called my bank and got the authentication code for both the transactions of Rs. 5998 each from Bank.
I called again BagitToday call center and shared the authorization code with Executive. He checked in the system and confirmed that they received the payments and provided me the booking id. Because I was very disappointed with them, I placed the cancellation request for both of my transactions on that call only. My Complain No was 800402 and 800492. But I haven’t received any mail/correspondence for the cancellation also.

I continuously following up with the bagit today customer care on phone and their email, but not received any cancellation details yet.
On 9th June 2012 I requested to place the dispute for both of these transaction to my bank and they did so.
On 11th June 2012, I received a mail from BagitToday mail id(email@example.com) stating that “The inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted in this regard and wrong information provided by us as the another customer also had the same order id”. On that mail also, I replied that I placed the cancellation request on the same day. So want the cancellation details and my money back in my bank account. Not received any revert yet.
After that I received a call on the same day form bagittoday and on that call also I told thy guy that I already placed the cancellation request on the same day, so please share the cancellation details with me. He answered he cannot cancel my order and disconnected my call after talking here and there.
Today on 13th June 2012 again I received a call from number “9654890191” executive name was Preeti and she confirmed me that because of fault in their IVR system the order id got duplicated. I told her that I already placed the cancellation request, so please share the cancellation details. Then she said she will not cancel it because as per her she rectified the mistake. I asked her that if its not possible for her then transfer this call to her senior to solve the issue. She said she will surly refer this case to senior and disconnected the call.
I request on this forum if they can help me to get my hard earned money back from this cheater BagitToday Group.
