Complaint Details: I buy Pulsar 150 bike on 6th May, from 2nd day I start facing problem in my back TYRE, its produce a lot of noise and wheel is not free. I waited for my First Service, but while servicing the employee doing service is agree with the problem they tried for around 3 hours trying different ways putting Grease every where possible they open-end my back tyre around 5-times and at last they start refusing about the noise coming, saying that every PULSAR bike makes this much noise.I went to NOIDA sector 63 BAJA service center.I told them that if needed please put a new part, still they are not capable enough to solve my problem.Will appreciate if you helped me out.
