My self manjulata sharma my a/c is dormant because i have not operate since 2005 my representative went to my sbi bank in sitlamata bazar branch to change my sb a/c status dormant ot Active but brach manager shri M.M CHOURASIYA AND STAFF GOSWAMI SIR also done very miss behavior to my representative mr.jitendra sharma and show very bad manners that means customer’s work in first round is not complete by branch. brach also want to come customer second or much rounds. i given the documents complete voter id and pan card. pan card for id proof and voter id for address proof and the list of documents id and address proof that has shown on the notice board.but the branch manager say no to me.

kindly action against the misstake and miss behavior.
