Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a regular user of BSNL landline for the past 13 years. Our connection is from Kozhencherry exchange (Pathanamthitta dist, Kerala). The connection (0468-2211068) is out of order for every 5-6 days and we have learnt that the service staff is knowing disconnecting it for the mere sake of getting some charges for correcting it. In this age of heavy competition where service providers are competing with each other to add a customer to their client base, its very disheartening to lodge this complaint as we would like to continue with BSNL in future otherwise we would be forced to go for a new service provider.
