I have cancelled a the Retirement funds on the 11th of april at Evaton plaza,the lady who assisted me was Pona,she advised it would take 20days for the funds to be in my account. I went and asked after at the branch and the same consultant told me she lost my
documents,I drew another statement and and did the process again,after another 20days,each time I went for follow up she chased me,but when I went to the different branch the guy who assisted me did a folllow up,only to find that an email was sent to Pona the consultant where she was requested my documents which she has lost for the 2nd time. Its over 3 months and I am told at the different branch that I should start over and do it for the 3rd time,I refused and asked for a complaint,but still no one got back to me,I have posted this on facebook and people are aware of such service,I am going to The papers soon. Someone get back to me!
