Complaint Details: I am the regular customer of Dominos Pizza, College Road, Nashik as they have good pizza quality and service. On 19th Ma, 2012 I received an message from dominos pizza that I we bye pizza of Rs. 400 pay Rs. 100 less (means pizza will be available in Rs. 300) On 19th May, 2012 even @ 9:30 I visited to Dominos Pizza, College Road,Nasik location, with impression of this message that I will get the pizza of Rs. 400 in Rs. 300.

On desk the boy was available he has told that this officer is available here but letter I came to knew that, this benefit was not given to me and they given reason that this offer is valid only for online order of pizza.

If it’s so then why the benefit of the same officer is given to another customs who was on the desk with me and officer not given to me.

Why this type of injustice this people are doing. Whenever Dominos lounged any officer, Nashik Counter should know the validation and scope of the same.

I was got upset when they have given benefit of offer to another customs and not to me.
