Complaint Details: I am the regular customer of Dominos Pizza. Today I have bought pizza and Garlic bread in tambaram sanatorium branch under Order no.89 & 90. Instead of Rs.281 they have charged me Rs.481. Later they have returned Rs.200. The pizza they have provided is not up to the mark……….no cheese and base is too hard. Even after telling to the store person they are not willing to listen. I have never seen this kind of poor service that too for regular customer.

I am a regular customer of Dominos Pizza. Today I have place an order at time 8.50 pm & I dosen’t get a proper services regarding delivery (the pizza is in not a proper condition of eating ) & then from your side there is a replacement telephone conversation at 9.40 pm has been done to provide us the pizza (BURST FARM). But I don’t get the delivery till 11 pm & in mean while i call several time at your Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. but i don’t get any response
