I was contacted thru phone by one of the HR name Kanchan from addrecsolutions.com ( an Ahmedabad based HR cosulting company) for a interview with Polaris,Gurgaon. The interview was scheduled at 5 PM Saturday,March 6,2010 .I travelled from Noida to Gurgaon Polaris office ( nearly 45 Kms) on my own cost. I reached at 5PM sharp only to be stopped by the security guard saying interview time is alreday over!! I instantly called the addrecsolutions, I was told Kanchan had already left for the day. Now I submit this grievance against addrecsolutions, how they can do such mismanagement to make me suffer without any valid reason.Why did not they update me?
