Complaint Details: I was in Qatar for a long time and I was operating a NRE account in HDFC bank, Mala branch, Trichur DT. Kerala.
Three years before I settled in Mala, Thrissur DT. Kerala and closed my NRE account also. Now I need a Bank Statement from 2002 to 2008. I have forwarded a letter to the HDFC Bank Manager Mr. Mohandas on 16th Feb. 2012. I have contacted the HDFC Bank Manager Mr. Mohandas in Mala branch three times to get the bank statement. Till now he didn’t issue the bank statement. I kindly request you to take necessary action to arrange the same.
