Company: HDFC Bank (43 complaints)Complaint Details: I wish to inform you that I am a preferred customer at the HDFC Bank,Willingdon Island,Kochi.In the last 1 month, there has been few occasions where my card has declined which has brought great embarrassment to me. On 20/3/12, an amount of 35000 on my card declined twice for which I have got the message by sms on my phone and yesterday an amount of 4561.41 also declined. This has been reported to the Manager, HDFC bank Willington Island and he too has sent a complaint to you for which there was no proper explanation. Kindly note that I will withdraw my FD’s from the bank in protest if I do not get proper explanation immediately.
Hello my self Rajat mitra using a credit card(5289 **** **** 5141) of your reputed bank.
Previous month I have recd a bill of Rs 950.44.. where I have observed Rs 400 is deducted as a Late fees..
Need to know the reason behind for this deduction..
