Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken HT Media membership for two years.For that i have given the payment for two years.The one year coupon i have received on dated 28-May-11.After that i am following up for the HT Media last three month but no positive response still get.I have noted down the complaint no i.e. 33126 which i registered on 18-Jun-12.

HT Media has confirmed that their executive will call you before handing over the coupon and after that i called around 20 times which you can check in your system .The customer care executive always confirmed that you will get the coupon in day or two.
