CHEQUE NO 01384 AMOUNT 249/= BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, KHARGHAR NAVI MUMBAI HAS BEEN CLEAR IN YOUR A/C (HINDUSTAN TIMES)ON DT.17/11/2011 FOR COUPON,BUT YET NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. PLEASE .SEND ME ONFOLLOWING ADDRESS AS BELLOW.

    As per our records the coupons have been delivered via Pace Couriers on 11th November 2011. Request you to kindly check if the same has been accepted by any of your family members and do let us know in case the same is not received at your end.

    We tried to contact you regarding the same but unable to reach you on the contact numbers provided. We hence request you to communicate with us on our call centre number – 022 – 67764242 or write to us on subscription@hindustantimes.com and we will be glad to resolve all your concerns.

    Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused.

    We will ensure the necessary investigation is done at our end with the courier partners as the same seems to have been wrongly delivered. The investigation with the courier partners will take some time and hence request you to bear with us till then.

    Please be assured that we treat issues like this very seriously and take corrective measures to ensure such incidences do not re-occur.
