Complaint Details: I Raj Jigjini resident of dombivli have grievances with the circulation team @ Hindustan Times in Mumbai, every time I call their customer service they insist on being patient till they send their executive but hardly seem to respond, they specifically ask to send the address proof and a cheque through courier, why should i do that when other newspaper company like TOI, DNA etc. take orders online through electronic payments unlike HT, kindly take strict actions for the above complaint
