As informed on our telephonic conversation today the coupons were dispatched via multiple courier partners and attempts were made to deliver the coupons at your registered address; however, they were unable to do the same as the door was locked and no one available to accept the coupons, hence the coupon was returned to our office.
You have informed us that you would be out of station till 2nd of June. Request you to intimate us after you arrival so that we can arrange the delivery of your coupons. As per our telephonic conversation today, I confirm that the coupons we will re-dispatched within a weeks time. Also to ensure there is no further delay in delivery, we will arrange for our representative to personally visit your registered address and deliver the same. Our representative will call you on the registered number prior to the delivery.
Further, as a process the delivery person will ask for a copy of Identity proof and hence request you to cooperate with him on the same.
