Complaint Details: Dear Sir,
I booked your New Paper “Hindustan Times” – English as per Receipt No. SHT 0408132 on dated 22/04/2012 by cheque amounting Rs. 551/- for ONE YEAR. At the time of booking your booking agent Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwari (Ph. No. 852793362) told your paper start within Two or Three days, but till date no paper delivered in my residence. I asked about paper to your CI (Mr. Rejvan – 8595066467) several times, he told booking list not received me, when booking list comes to me your newspaper start. Please clear the status of my news paper otherwise refund my amount RS. 551/-.
