Complaint Details: My name is Sunny Rane & I am your customer from last one year & I have paid the amount for this year also.
When I started paper in last year that time your executive committed that every Sunday I will receive magazine but till date I have not receive any magazine from you. Second thing Saturday & Sunday vendor not giving paper I asked him many times regarding Saturday & Sunday paper but he said that Hindustan Times not giving any paper on Saturday & Sunday (Paper & Magazine)
& now again after one year when your executive came to renewal the subscribe he committed me that paper will start from next day of cheque receive but after one month paper not receive at my residence address on 15th April 2012 I have receive your coupon but till date I have not receive any paper from your side
Three four times I have call you executive but no use for me
