Complaint Details: My No. is 9814257240. I called on customer care to know about RC39 which they told me that it gives 4200 sec. with 4 weeks validity. But when I activated the service using *369#, it gave me 2 weeks validity. I reported lot many times to Customer Care at 198 as well as 12345. Nobody is helping. Even 198 become inaccessible after 2 attempts in 24 hour time span. I feel regretted.

Idea seems to have the worst customer care service. I had a complaint and i wrote to customer care, but only got a computer generated response.They never called back or wrote back. It took them one whole month to call me, by then i had sent in 5 emails reminding them of my problem. But it is sad that they never resorted to sorting out the problem and never felt the need to pacify their action. I really regretted my decision to buy an idea connection no.8743004864. All companies have a proper customer care service which caters to the need of its customers. But Idea is different…they are least bothered about their customers..it is only selling the product. Really very bad service..!!!!!!!!
