Complaint Details: I am Using Idea Service but Idea Customer Care Very Care Laze Idea Customer Care language Problem and I am Quiet from Idea Service.

    unnecessarily i am charged with extra bill amount. I have already paid my bill in advance and still you have charged me.

    I was using my prepaid card from last 5 years and in between i received a call from your executive regarding the change of prepaid to postpaid, i agreed. After document submission and money deposit i didnt get proper service from your side. Your executive told me that he will give me the sim card but he didnt give me any of the sim card and also i have to roam here and there to procure the sim card. I wasted my 5 hours in this.
    Now i have called customer care several times and i am not getting any help. They are telling me to visit the nearest idea outlet which is far away from my house and my duty hours doesnt suit for doing that.
    Please someone try to solve this problem or revert back my money and card as soon as possible.

    I am using Idea in corporate connection having 6 connections under my firm name.
    My problem is that i am facing inconvenience due to corporate tag with my nos.

    I wanted to change a call rate plan and activate 3g services on my mobile, on reqesting the same to customer care executive , i was told to visit nearby idea care centre , which adds to my inconvenience.

    While a local postpaid customer enjoys getting the plans changed over the phone through some keywords sent to your various numbers but as corporate customers, we face problems as its not possible to visit idea centre for every trivial change. We were promised special preferences as corporate customers but not even getting basic services.

    Please see wot can be done with this.

    Sir,
    I have been allotted Post paid IDEA mobile connection no. 7840041955 on 11.08.2013 in Delhi
    (Rs.300/- cash Receipt no. 3584 dated 11.08.2013, -issued by
    Digicall Teleservices Private ltd).
    To my surprise, despite thte assurance that within 72 hours ,my connection . will be activated,
    no response has been given till date.Verification process done on 25.8.2013 after prolonged request.
    Please expedite and give reply.WHY THE DELAY

    My Idea Sim No.8510029523 No Use the sim, Lowest plan Activated of Idea sim Mu plan activated on 5/10/13.
    unnecessarily i am charged with extra bill amount. So my problem solved the as soo as possible.
