Hi sir/madam this is prasad am the customer of idea since 4 years …recently i have faced one problem..the problem is two days back i took 30 rs vocher card..wen am scratching card two digits gone on the vocher card so am complained to the customer care…they r nt properly respond..and tht to am go the retailer they make a cal to customer care and he says regarding my problem they r asking my vocher serial num and they r taking mobile num they r finally said the money wil be refund today til nw ther is no respond……..
