Hi, since last many days I am trying to get call details on my pre-paid connection due to a large amount deduction. I have tried to call 5 Idea care contact numbers besides visiting their office on Neelam Bata road, Faridabad. There are no VAS services on my phone still for no reason the balance gets reduced by a large amount after every call. Everytime I call them, I get a response that their system is not showing the call details and I should call in ’4′ hours. Since last 5-6 days, those ’4′ hours have not passed. These people don’t even care to be polite with the customer. If you ask for more details, they simply ask you to go to the Noida office to speak to their representative. So if anyone is working then they should take a day off to visit their Noida office and have a chat with their customer care. What kind of customer care does Idea provide? God only knows. Is Idea customer care listening?
