I bought an Idea post paid internet doggle for my computer. They never came to activate the account and then kept charging us a monthly fee. I contacted them requesting them to cancel contract as i was not satisfied with their service and their attitute.

They have not cancelled the account nor activated it, and they keep sending us a monthly bill and now they are threatening to take us to court.

They are harrassing my elderly mother who lives at the residence and whose name was on the contract.

I urge you to give me some idea of what can be done.
