Company: Idea (495 complaints)Complaint Details: Since I was getting 15 to 20 calls per day from customer care I was forced to raise complaint re not to get any calls or messages from customer care.
Customer support assured me DND has activated. It will take 10 working days. It didn’t work as I expected and gave call to customer care once again.
Fact I came to know that DND was not at all been activated. Again they assured me to wait for 10 more working days.
Its was waste of time for me to talk to CCE. I have decided to change sim. I suggest others also not to use IDEA sim.
