Indian Railways – Refund delay

Respected Sir/ Madam

I had cancelled my ticket because of landslide which happened at Goa due to which I was forced to cancel my scheduled journey. Subsequently I have made the cancellation online after the chart preparation. Later I could get the same message a number of times from irctc tdr team since 27 July 2009 as below:-

Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.4108880918 has been forwarded to CCM/SER Railway on 27-Jul-2009 .We have already issued Reminders on 01-Dec-2009 and 02-Jun-2011 and 02-Oct-2009 and 06-Feb-2010 and 06-Jan-2010 and 07-Jun-2010 and 10-Apr-2010 and 15-Feb-2011 and 15-Jul-2010 and 23-Mar-2011 and 25-Jan-2011 and 29-Oct-2009 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminders refund is yet to be received from the concerned railway. Now we have sent another reminder on 30-March-2012 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
