Complaint Details: Hi,

I am a resident of RPS Colony, New Delhi-62. For the last 2 months, we have HT newspaper being delivered to our home through Naagar News Agency, Madangir(Ph:9711544308). At least 2-3 days in a week, paper is never delivered and when we do try to follow up, it’s always conveyed to us that a check would be done and it will never happen again. But, what always does happen regularly is they come to collect the entire money without any shame or guilt right on time. Even today when I tried speaking to the main man there, he was unbelievably rude and cocky and asking me to lower my voice. I can’t believe how such a well read and established paper like HT can have such heartless and incompetent agencies operating on behalf of themselves. It seems we are being denied our fundamental rights here. I have always been a regular HT reader till now, but this is completely not acceptable. I know it would not make a huge difference to see one loyal customer go, but still posting this here to keep fellow Indians informed.
