Today at around 17.00 pm I went to your showroom for a booking of another activa model but your employee talk to me rudely that he cannot accept my advance. I ask him why he told me to give address proof. I gave him my driving liscence and then also he didn\’t accept it. He told me to give zerox copy. I told him you take my money in five minutes i will come back and give you zerox copy. I told him you would be having my address proof as i am your x customer but he was very rude and didn.t talk properly.
I really feel this is not a way to talk to a customer properly. I even talk to a manager but he also didn.t gave me right response .
