Complaint Details: Problem is regarding battery i.e.; not giving backup properly, I requested several time to change my battery which is under warranty , they insure me to replace the battery within 10 to 15days but they will not provide me any standby battery, please sole the issue by providing standby, so that my phone work constantly,
