Nokia – Complaint against Nokia E5 purchased from croma

Complaint Details: Respected Sir/Mam ,

With due respect I had like to inform you that Croma ,Crown Interiors ,Faridabad is indulged in a fraud with me.

I brought a Nokia E5 phone from the store on December 2; 2011.I was facing problems since the day I brought it. When I went to Nokia Care, Lajpat Nagar, I was informed that the IMEI number of my cell phone and the box are different.

They also informed me that the phone had already been repaired at Nokia Centre on 31/11/2011, when I purchased the same phone on December 2, 2011.They told me that Warranty Period for my cell phone had expired on December 4, 2011.Unlike, other phone being purchased which carry one year warranty, the warranty for my phone was two days.

I went to Croma after all this happened. They are completely denying the fact that IMEI numbers could differ and they are negligent even about the already repaired second hand phone being sold to me at original price.
