This is Sunny and i am using Nokia C6-00 from last 11 month. Now a day’s My touch Screen was not working from few days Today i.e. 10/08/2012 I have been to Nokia care They said that your touch screen is not working and it won’t be covered under Warranty. I am asking you to is this the meaning of warranty that if my phone doesn’t work properly I have to pay for that also in warranty. This is reputed company and no one expect such kind of worst service provided by your Nokia Care. I left my mobile over there and i want this issue could be shorted out immediately.
The Service provided by your engineer is very very rude.

After Changing my Touch Screen they have given Bill of Rs 2800 for Touch Screen it does not include any Service Tax also.
I Won’t expect such a worst service provided by Nokia Care Situated at Rohini Sec-3 in Delhi.
I request you all to look in to the matter and provide better service that we expect from you.

Hi…I am Ramanuj and I am using Nokia Asha 302. My Nokia care SR no is 12102/18. The set started showing network signal problem and network strength was fluctuating. On approaching Nokia care at Garia they checked by using a uninor sum after which it started working fine. They said it is fine.
After using airtel SIM it started showing problem again. In fact I had replaced my airtel sum stating that it is faulty. Nokia care Garia told me to submit my mobile and told me that they would check and might send to Delhi for repair.
yesterday they called my family member to inform that my mobile might have dropped and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty.
The mobile was kept with care and it is a way for Nokia to earn money by saying it is chargeable
