NOKIA – SERVICE CENTRE PROBLEM

Complaint Details: I BROUGHT NOKIA C3-01.I HAD A TOUCH PROBLEM.I GAVE TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE, THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. BUT AGAIN AFTER 4 MONTHS, I FACE THE SAME PROBLEM.MY WARRANTY IS UPTO THIS AUGUST 2012.BUT NOKIA CARE CENTRES ARE REFUSING TO TAKE UNDER WARRANTY. I WENT TO 2 NOKIA CARE CENTERS.BUT BOTH ARE SAYING DIFFERENT REASON TO TAKE UNDER WARRANTY.I\’M VERY MUCH UPSET FOR THEIR RESPONSE.I BROUGHT NOKIA FOR ITS BRAND NAME AND TRUST.BUT I FEEL VERY BAD TO BUY THIS PRODUCT.
