Complaint Details: HI. I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW N8 FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN FEBRUARY 2012.
A CELL I WANTED SINCE ITS ARRIVAL. I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER THE FIRST 10 DAYS. THE CELL JUST WENT BLANK. THEY TOOK THE PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS AND REPLACED THE SOFTWARE AND COVER.
I HAVE BEEN BACK AGAIN AFTER A MONTH, AGAIN THE SOFTWARE. TOUCHSCREEN NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WHATEVER YOU CLICK ON, DOES’NT OPEN UP. AGAIN THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN REPLACED.
I HAVE BEEN THERE AGAIN BECAUSE I CAN’T SMS OR RECIEVE MY EMAILS.
THE CELL STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM, AND IT HAS’NT BEEN FIXED YET.
I DO NOT SEE WHY I SHOULD BE WITHOUT A CELL WHEN REPAIRS TAKE PLACE. I HAVE ALSO ASKED THE GENTLEMAN SFISO WHY I CAN’T JUST BE REPLACED WITH A NEW CELL.
