PNB – About the staff which is not cooperative and supportive

Complaint Details: Hi sir,
Hi this is saleem jaffer from poonch distt.of the state j and k.SIR,i have deposited Rs 7000/in to the account of my brother who holds the account in PNB BRANCH POONCH on 9-04-2012.till  today it was not deposited.frm four days I visiting the branch regularly as I am under graduate student n my exams are going on I haven’t a minute to waste time, but still they don’t help me, when I argue the reason behind they told me that account know that I have imprinted on slip was wrong’s showed them recent slips on that the same account no. was imprinted.
Then they ask me to submittal application to release the money, now it’s the third day that I have submitted the application with my payee slip, still it was not deposited.
I regret this kind of rude behavior of the staff’s prefer the j and k bank instead of  PNB.I will give zero for the service of PNB branch poonch.
I request u to please take certain action against the staff so,
