Complaint Details: Dear Reliance,
I am using reliance GSM since last 2 years, 2 weeks before my SMS 5/p scheme validity was completed. I did E-recharge of Rs.14/- and I don’t know that my number having auto renewal option. So after recharge my number having both schemes (1/p & 5/p), due to this my sms schemes are blocked and they are charging rs.1/sms. When I registered complaint on 198 numbers. They said, sir you problem will be solved within 12 hours. But nothing happens and I am complying everyday about this problem but no one taking any action on this. And when I went to reliance web world, they told me that, sir you request are not accepted by 198. And I am facing problem from last 2 weeks.
So I am kindly requesting to you please solve my problem as soon as possible…
