Sir,
I am your customer of reliance gsm within 2 year. I want to lodge a complaint against Reliance Telecommunications for deducting my balance (for the GSM Prepaid Card+919015580279) without any notification. They said that I have activated news pack facility though I haven’t sent any request for that they have activated it from their end. Then I called their Customer care no. 198 to deactivate the service and for the refund my money.accordigly they refund my money but after few days they activate my service and deduct my money without my permission. Then I call customer care then you’re the executive person say me sir we refund your money. But I didn’t have the refund. I forgot the matter after that. But on 5 may 2012 I saw my balance deduct once again. Then I call customer executive I call my problem. He can’t give me solution and said me Sir I return your money. But I didn’t get money. Then once again I call customer care I said my problem. Then he blocked me. I demand to them the complain no then didn’t give me complain no.
Sir I faced lots of problem to your company service within 2 months. Sir please checks my past details of my no… Sir I believe on your company because of Mr .Dhiru bhai ambani. He is my idle person.
Sir Kindly Lodge My complaint against M/s. Reliance Communication & their Customer Care Department for their Misbehavior and for deducting My account Balance without any Notification.
Looking for your support & waiting for a positive reply. My cousin is using The No.9015580279 (which I have mentioned).
