Complaint Details: Dear sir,
I bought micromax q50 mobile handset trough saholic.com on cash  on delivery in online.myref.id no.121909.but when I received the handset and I pay the amount of rs.1800/-on blue dart courier boy. When I checked the mobile the pic was defective. When I charging to mobile “over battery temperature “massage flash on screen. Than I call in saholic company immediately. Company assured me we will send the new handset and pick up old one. But right now they said only pick up old handset and after 20-25 days send me new hand set. How can I believe them? I am very much unhappy and sorrow like this behavior in company.
So please shot out my problem as soon as possible.
