i went to SBI kohinoor branch in goregaon east mumbai. the branch manager was sleeping and employees were not doing there job

I was there to open a account and they said that wearing a shorts is not allowed in the bank. wearing a shorts for a coustomer is an offence.

kindly be noted that i was wearing shorts below the knee not an underwear.

coustomer relation offier behavior was too bad to talk.

please kindly take a concret action regarding to my complain
