Complaint Details: sir
I m using blackberry 8830 handset having a Tata indicom no. 9215262333.
I submitted a request for pre to postpaid conversion around 14th may.
At 16th morning my number was switched off by company and after that unable to restart due to some technical error.
I submitted request after request having SR 309728729, 309783567, 309819851, 309859637 through m/s DNS communications
power house Rohtak raised by Mr. Deepak Nigam and still waiting to restart my number but no action was taken even I didn’t receive
a call from company or from tech. support.
Mr. Deepak nigam personally talked to Mr. Sandeep Bareja dm last evening but in vain.
How shameful it is and also I m very sorry for using Tata indicom services.
Please guide me what should I do?
Should I go to consumer forum against company for harassing me without any cause?
Or should I wait and if so for how long I have to wait?
I had a talk with Mr. Sandeep Bareja DN this morning but nothing happens till the time. Nobody’s there to listing my problem nor to sort out this.
