Complaint Details: Sir I am a student… and I ordered a digital camera Nikon s3100 on 2oth march, but now 11th day till yet I DID not got mine any camera… sir I am very much tensed and collected money from my pocket money… please sir I am regularly mailed them and called them but those people do not receive any call…..
Sir pleases. Do anything I am in trouble please. Help me…. this timtara is a horrible shopping site…
THE ORDER NO IS 10219128 PLEASE.HELP ME SIR.

    if you have made the purchase through the credit card you can get your money back. call up the credit card company and explain the problem and ask for “charge back” and ask for “charge dispute form” process.
